Magicians for Chingay 2009 @ 8:06 PM
We have received a request to do roving magic tricks for Chingay 2009 on 30th and 31st January. You will be given T-shirts, certificate and $10 per day if you wish to help out on this. Below is the details of the email: I am Glen Peh, from Alpha Plus Magic. We are appointed by the Chingay 2009 committee to perform pre parade street magic performance and balloon sculpturing for the VIP seats on 30th January (6pm to 7pm) and 31st January 2009 (6.30pm - 7.30pm). We are expected to supply about 50 magicians and I heard from Kun Rong that Republic Polytechnic has Magic Interest Group and that the pupils may be interested to be volunteers for this national event. Each magician will be given: (1) 1 Chingay 2009 t-shirt (Souvenir) (2) 1 Alpha Plus Magic (Black) t-shirt for performance (3) Certificate of participation (and a letter to be awarded 10 CIP hours / CE points if applicable) (4) $10 per day for materials purchase (Total $20 for 2 days)
I wonder if you would like your students to take part in this event. I will be able to supply you with more information if needed.

If you are interested, kindly reply to Dr Loke soon so that he can collate all the name and pass them to the organisor.
